A few months ago, I made the decision to jump on the Whole30 bandwagon. For those of you who don’t know, Whole30 is not so much a diet as a program: one that eliminates the most common craving-inducing, blood sugar disrupting, gut-damaging, inflammatory food groups (aka “the fun stuff”) for a full 30 days.
