Is anyone else’s real motivation for watching the Superbowl this weekend snacks and commercials? Give me a solid halftime show, three hours of the best ads of the year, and a table full o’ treats any day.
We’ll be hosting family and friends at our house for the game, and my go-to buffalo chicken dip recipe will be front and center. It’s my husband’s absolute favorite, and frankly we could eat the entire thing just the two of us. If you’re looking for a quick, easy, and super yummy dish to serve this Sunday, search no further.
P.S. Go Pats!
INGREDIENTS
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
1 cup of shredded, cooked chicken
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
Crackers and celery for dipping
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Set aside a few handfuls of cheddar cheese. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Pour mixture into an oven safe pan or casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining shredded cheddar cheese on top of the mixture. Bake, uncovered, for 20-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and the mixture begins to bubble. Serve with crackers and celery.

Is it okay to want to make this and eat it even if the super bowl has come and gone? 😉
